Adams Roofing Professionals pride themselves in their professional service and prompt response time to property managers.  We have year-round staff of factory-trained service technicians who are qualified to fulfill any repair needs on the day of your appointment.

We do have a $75 service fee. Our technicians will inspect the roof and the give a written estimate. If the estimate is accepted while the technician is on the job site; the service fee goes towards the cost of the repairs. The average repair is between $200 and $500; our minimum is $125.
